We could tell Kruger National Park was one of the largest game reserves in south africa, because of how many times we got lost! The african safari can be very hostile to foreigners like us because of the jagged terrain. We had a very hard time navigating through the many rivers and water holes dotted along the park to get to our campsite. The geography of the african safari is very similar throughout because of the Acacia and Baobab trees are abundant in numbers.

Our campsite with a group member thinking.

At night, the temperature was hot, so we did not get great sleep. In addition to this, it was rainy, and by the time we had awoken, everything was soaked. Summer season helps animals and plants get water, but it sure doesn't contribute towards a good night's sleep.

Through the grasslands, forests and savannas, the Kruger National park is truly a sight to behold.
